Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to process and fulfill all orders as quickly as possible—usually within a few hours of purchase. Once an order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, it cannot be changed or canceled. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel it.

How do I track my order?

Where do you ship from?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we ship from our warehouses around the world, depending on the quickest route and stock available.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible. 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address and the customer cannot provide an updated address, the customer is responsible for the delivery failure. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases.

Cuddle Baby Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
