At Cuddle Baby, our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be situations where you may need to return a product. Please review our refund policy below for detailed information on returns and refunds.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to hygiene and safety standards for baby products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the original item received. Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items and imperfects cannot be returned. This allows us to offer special pricing while keeping our products affordable for all customers. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. and we don't charge any restocking fees.
  
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has arrived in our warehouse and been approved, you can get a refund of the payment within 7 working days. 

You can always contact us for any return questions. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if a returned product fails to meet these criteria. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@cuddle-baby.com

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
